Stalling issues

Ok first off I'll admit I haven't done much digging in the FSM yet or anything, but I did search a bit...

Only when it's warm, I've been stalling. Mostly just on start-up. So I start it and it immediately stalls unless I hold the gas. After...oh..10-20 seconds, it's fine and will stay running. Yesterday it happened as I was driving. I was slowing down, don't remember if I was hitting the brakes at the time but I wasn't on the gas. Every now and then it stalls at stop signs.

I really think it's only been since the warm weather hit, and it's mostly just on start up. Today I drove out a few miles out of town, parked it for 4 hours, and it did it. It had been sitting right in the sun. So the engine wasn't warm but the sun was right on it. Just had to keep on the gas for about 10 seconds and it was fine.

My charcoal canister is not blocked, but it's got the original gas cap and it does get pressurized, although no more than any of my other vehicles. Really seems to be a warm thing, so as far as vacuum leaks & all that, would they only show up in warm weather?

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Oh, and it's a rebuilt 22R (maybe 15,000 miles), rebuilt carb (maybe 200 miles).

I notice that with the new carb, the fuel in the sight glass is always way up at the top, but the carb place told me that's fine. ?
