Sliding rear window weather strip?

Hi, I am rebuilding my 1980 longbox and the sliding rear window weatherstripping is really weather-checked. Does anybody know where to purchase the weatherstripping that the windows travel on...it is shapped like a "U". I was thinking about using side window weatherstripping out of a car...I think that that would be about the same material, but would much rather just get a replacement. Thanks for the input.

I had the same problem. Seal was worn and dryrotted. Just go to the local windshield replacement business and they should be able to get the exact one, or very close to it. Shouldn't be that much $. Mine was around $40.

Do you know if you have to remove the rear window from the truck to disassemble it, or can you just disassemble in in the truck?
