Simplified wiring for a 20r?

Hey all im wondering if anyone has a simplified wiring diagram for a 20r. I have a Chilton's but the diagram in there is like Greek to me. It's 1977 sr5 that im wanting to use for a custom project. I just want to tear off anything that doesnt make the engine run.

Heater, lights, emissions, etc etc have to go. Anyone have a diagram for the ignition and charging systems only?

theres really not a lot of wiring to em???

just go through and start rippin stuff out...pretty sure all it needs to run is the coil to be working...the alt..fuel goin to the carb..and that's about it..LOL


but why do you wanna take out the rest of the wiring???..then you have no gauge cluster..and it is immediately not street legal with the absence of lights and such......

I'm using the engine and drive train out of my 77 truck for my 1930 model a roadster. Wiring lights and gushes aren't the prblime. I just want to pull the ignition and charging sysems out f the truck. I can wire the rest no prob. I'm just wondering if there is anything yota specfic I need from the donor.
