Shocks on my 1980

Do these Leaf springs on my 1980 4X4 need to be replaced? I got these rear leaf springs from a 1983 toyota 4X4. Can I put them on the FRONT of my 1980 4X4? Add shackles or something? You can see the front shackles on the 1980 4X4 are sagging(?) Can I put the 1983 4X4 rear springs on the front of the 1980 4X4 somehow?

Search RUF (rear up front). There's a lot of people who've done this as a mod for more flex. I think it's a little more complicated than just adding longer shackles but I've never done it so I dont know.

It looks like those springs need to be replaced. They weren't designed to be negative arch. If they were flat, it's probably fine but youre probably asking this question because the truck bounces over potholes and slams you back down on the other side. (Ask me how I know)
