Hi all, the stock plastic seats are ok but would like a seat cover for it.

It is like a bench in the back and bucket on the bottom lol, so it seems a universal will never work. anyone have a link to a cover?

there is a place that makes a cover for it, but it is VERY expensive

i just put a universal bench seat cover on mine, until i make my own

 

So you just covered up the little storage bin thingy? and its now like a trap lol if someone sits in the middle?

what universal fit it? I was thinking of a universal and then cutting the middle out and having a friend who sews deal with it lol.

so what cover was it that fits? even if the middle is covered.

 

Can't help on the seat cover, but FWIW, if you remove the storage tray, a .50 cal ammo can fits in there perfect. I just screwed mine down in there.

 

Wet Okole makes quality custom seat covers but they are a little pricey. I'm really happy with mine for the price.

Huh. I wonder if the guy I bought my truck from knew what he was talking about when he said he found replacement seat covers. I remember him saying they were only like $20 or something.

If it gets too pricey, depending on what you want to do, finding junkyard bucket seats might actually be cheaper. And more comfortable.

 

they ammo box would be awesome storage. not as handy though. maybe I can find one for a bench like in my 95 then mod it? anyone know where to get a 3rd gen bench cover?

 

I'm sure a parts store or Wally World has a bench cover that would fit.
