Rain Tray Removal?

Looking in my rain tray I noticed it's not looking all that great. Whats the easiest way to take care of this? I'd like to just close them off completely.

If you mean the gutters at the top of the cab (only thing I can think of) I believe that they act as a seam to hold the roof together. I have seen trucks where they were shaved off and welded again as they went.

I'm trying to trace where I'm getting moisture from and it appears that it could be coming from inside these gutters.

This would be perfect (toyota fiberglass) but they don't make them for the pre79's.

I didn't realize the 84+ were removable. From the photos I figured it just sat above the cowl ( thanks guys ;P ).

I used the compressor today to blow out as much crap from inside. Hopefully I'll be able to get a good look once it dries a little.
