Pic/info request for RHD conversion

Before anyone gets hung up on "why", I don't have a good reason like being a mail carrier or such. It's a "just because" mod, and I figure with the amount of work I'll be doing to the interior and mechanicals anyway, I might as well throw a RHD conversion in. I just prefer how they feel, that's all. Anyway...

My main question is about the cab sheetmetal: are there any big holes, brackets, or other major features that don't have a mirror image on the other side? If anyone has a good pic of a stripped cab, preferably from the inside, please post it.

Side questions: Does anyone know offhand if the steering gear and idler arm will swap places? And while running new lines for the brakes and clutch is no big deal, is there anything special about a LHD or RHD clutch master, pedal cluster, or brake booster/cylinder?

Thanks..

(I'm more interested in a 1st gen, but if you have pic/info for a 3rd gen, please share that too)

Neat seeing a double-cab 1st gen, but they didn't take apart the interior and I'm not about to ask them to, just for my information.

Anyone got any pics of a stripped/gutted cab?

Truck Cab Photo

I found this photo on the Yotatech WEB site. One of our members had it on his "Build" post but I do not remember his name. He was really doing a nice build.

Thanks, but I can't see squat...

This looks like a 3rd gen, judging by the A-pillars. Looks like it'd be some fab work to move the brake and steering bits over. I don't remember - was it the 89-95 body that was common to the US pickup and non-US Hilux, or did the sheetmetal diverge after 84-88?
