No power as compared to what??
Just how long has it had this no power issue. This is the important question!!!
Weight maybe put your truck on a diet .
The fuel filter should be right in front of the fuel tank behind the cab

Small engine @ 120 horsepower when strong and fresh
4x4 vehicle that seems to put on weight if your not careful .
I know in my case that is so very true.
Other then a good tune up .
Then not knowing the size tires you are using perhaps a new set of gears would make you happier .

Not much to go on but could be the carb secondary is not opening? It only opens fully after motor is at operating temp but they can stick. When I first bought my truck couldn't get over 40mph with a head wind and slowed traffic on hills
I had to work the shaft a few hundred times with WD to get it free enough to open on its own. I still have to oil the shaft every 6 months or it will stick. I rebuilt the carb and primary was plugged also so was a real neglected truck among other things. If you haven't cleaned the carb its a good place to start imo...If motor is not surging, jerking, stalling i'd think the float adjust, pump & filter are ok but look at the sight glass at idle to see if fuel in bowl is too low. (My 4x4 has fuel filter on the wheel well)
So true, large tires will kill power, not good for clutches either
Happy ThanksGiving All....
