hey everyone just got my 1980 toyota 4x4 so far i am loving it...got a lil tinkering to do with it but so far its a great running truck ...drives a lil funny but like i said its a great truck has a rebuilt 20 r has 4 speed dont know my gear ratios ....i was also trying to find any info on the decals if this is a stock package ...asfar as i know the truck is all original and is in good shape to be all original especially for 31 years old no rust really other than surface i would love to have the lil surface rust fixed and have it painted all factory if i can find the decals and install them back but ..anyways see what every one thinks of her

thats a sweet truck! i dont know if thats a stock decal package but i think i have seen that design on a few trucks. none in person though so i cant help you there. what kind of tinkering are you planning? tinkering with these trucks will take up the majority of your time atleast in my experience. its always little things like death wobble, a pilot bearing going out, or some stupid rattling noise on some old plastic part you will never be able to find. its like an old vw. gotta love driving it as much as working on it i guess.. good luck to you!

 

OHH no i used to have some old vws i hope it aint as bad as those old junkers lol....but mainly seat swaps i got the cd player in it where the factory radio goes ...other that at this point just clean clean clean u know
