At my wits end with this truck

Ok guys I'm loosing here . I'm working on a 81 truck that I have swaped an 87 4 runner 22re in . I swaped the entire harness the only thing I had to hard wire was the ignition switch And the clutch cancel switch . I have checked all the timing and everything is timed right . The truck keeps throwing a code 11 . 11 consecutive flashes no pause. So when you turn the key it fires like it's going to start but does not fire up . Now if you hold the gas pedal to the floor and crank it it will fire up but misses very badly and will only run as long as your pressing the pedal. I have swaped out the ecu and the afm with several good working ones and it does the same thing . So last night I held the afm door open and had my brother crank it . Stumbles at first but then smoothes out good after a couple seconds as long as you hold the door open on the afm soon as you let go it will stumble and shut down. Any ideas on this guy's ?
