Just finished repairing leak out of the shifter oil seal on my l43 4 speed transmission. I still have a leak out if a plastic seal that is directly under the shifter shaft. Not sure what this is called or what part no it is for repair but any identification would help.

 

Probably a switch for the reverse lights.
