Knuckle Rebuild
So I got started on the MESSY job of redoing the knuckle seals, inner axle seals, and wheel bearings.
I don't have many progress pics as it is a one man show, and I don't want my camera covered in the puke that falls out of the knuckles.
Here are the pics that I have.

Big Country Customs (if you are in western Canada, they are the way to go) hooked me up with these goodies... Knuckle rebuild kit, Marlin HD inner axle seals, and Yukon wheel bearings

Stuffed a rag in there to soak up the mess

Little bit of rust on the ball... I have old balls haha

Hoods make good shelves

Nearly 30 years old, and still goin' strong!
TOYOTA
Alright, now here is my question...

What should I do about this rust and pitting? anything? leave it?
Thank you for your help on this!

BCC is great, might have been cheaper to get the rebuild kit directly from TG but then you wouldn't be getting the Marlin seals and Yukon bearings. I need to make an order from BCC soon though, thinking Marlin 4" front springs and some Bilsteins.

I could have gone the full TG route, but I've heard a lot about the lack of quality in their bearings, and I went Marlin heavy duty inners because... well why not? Cheap, and VERY effective
