I am installing new manual window regulators in my '83 pickup with window vent. Once installed, the regulator does not want to wind down enough for the window to come all the way down. It stops in the horizontal position. I have toyed with turning the crank end a quarter turn but then the bolt holes don't line up. What am I doing wrong?
