Ignition Tumbler
Well i had to remove my tumbler a few years backwhen I got stuck and dropped my keys in a mudhole and that was the last time i saw them
So i had to remove it to get it started. I was going to get an keysmith to rekey the tumbler but it got lost.
So i went to the dealer today and it was freaking $350!!!! So screw that.
None of the junkyards around here have any first gens, NOT even 1. Theres old LC's and 84+ pickups and 4runners. Anybody know if a tumbler from any other year from a yota will work with a First Gen? Truck does have tilt steering.
If not anybody have a tumbler+key sitting around to sell
Idont want my truck to get stolen

If all else fails wire in a tractor or boat key switch, or a kill switch and a start button. Or even a combination of the two, tractor/boat key turns the truck "on" and the button starts it, now that would be cool, I guess the steering wheel lock would be a problem though.. im sure you could fix that easily though.
