Well just when I thought I had everything ok buuumm I was working something In the tires and just when I got the locks back on one of them seems not to work it wont lock so anyone could tell me from what year will the locks be the same my truck is an 80 found a truck in the junkyard I'll try first there if not where could I get them new and what brand could it be becouse I found that there is a Universal Lock from the brand WARN but not shure if they'll fit so any help will be great thanks

 

you can use 79-85 Aisin hubs, I think 79 & 80 might be blue the rest are red. 86+ IFS hubs (red also) are not interchangeable. Warn hubs have a mixed review, not as strong as the stock hubs.

 

I had that same problem once - upon removal, inspection and re-install , the Aisin locking hub (81) had gone in upside down and failed to lock correctly.
