Missing the dome light cover, has a small tear in the bench seat cloth and a 1/2" crack on the dash from the sun. Everything else is in good shape.

When I was looking at replacing my dash pad, I was able to find a guy that would sell me one for $500. Now it was really nice, but f that. I ended up with a coverlay and love it. Pics of it are on my build post if you want to see it. That whole speaker in the dash idea blows.
Loving the truck pics.

This is my old beast. Its an 82 4x4. Rebuilt 22R with header, electric fan, custom 2'' exhaust. Stock height with 235s on it. Even with those stock tires it out did a lifted jeep tonight. Went through the mud like nothing. And as you can see I built a box and bumpers and rock sliders for the best. Also its got Acura seats in it and a custom console.

I'll get a better shot of it tomorrow with a little coating of mud on the beast. I took a pic of it and that LandCruiser thats for sale to give people a size perspective for the Cruiser.

I've got an 82 pickup that is quite custom.
Rebuilt 22R and tranny.
Thorley Header and 2 inch stainless exhaust.
Homemade everything else.

Seen some great trucks on this thread. Awesome to see the 1st gens OEM restored.
Mine is a 1981 SR5 longbed (bobed now). Specs are in my sig. I love this truck to death, wouldn't trade it for any thing, it talks to me and tells me happy things. This was my first vehicle and still a daily driver/hardcore wheeler.

Had an interesting paint scheme for a while, lots of funny looks.

One of our crazier moments toether.

A recent heart transplant.

Doing what it does best.

Viva la old Yotas

I love seeing a "stock looking" 1st gen. that is still a capable wheeler. Just goes to show what level Toyota was at when they built it. I sure wish they still had the simplicty of the 1st gens.
