Hi, just bought an 83 p/u today. Needs a flywheel and the dealership wants $525 so i'm wondering if This one will fit, says 84-94 but mine is an 83. It's a 5 speed 4x4 22R. Thanks.

 

The 20R/22R/22RE flywheel fits from 75-92 all models except turbo. That same flywheel will also fit 93-95 2wd.

They also made a slightly larger flywheel, which fits 85-88 Turbo, and 93-95 4wd trucks. Its considered the "upgrade" but you will have to change the clutch too.
