Ok im not the electrical goru I need to be but today I wired in my factory clock I found on ebay for my 82 4x4. Well I didnt find much info on how to wire it up even in my factory manual I didnt see it and this is the first clock I have ever seen for a first gen, well I wired the power to. The cig lighter and the constant power to the dome light. Well now my dash light and the a c control lights are not working and I didnt do anything to thaf circuit. All my fuses are good and I wouldnt think the bulbs would just burn out like that, I have one of those testers that lights up when 12v are applied and when I stuck it in the socket i got nothing and i dont even know if you can test it in the socket, the good news is the clock works like it should but now my lights are out if someone can help me here that knows the electrical side of these trucks please help me

 

The bulbs are the little 1.4w that are real small and I cant tell if they are burnt or not

There it is I think it looks great I just need to get my lights working again

 

I didn't even know that the A/C controls were back lit! I can't even remember what mine looks like since it has been sitting in a box for so long. But since yours is clearly broken and now completely worthless you can just send me your whole center dash panel - I'll even pay for shipping!
