brake drum help

brake drum help
I have a 1981 toyota 4x4 longbed. I purchased the brake drums and wheel cylinder both are too small. The original brake drum diameter is 11.5" inner the ones they sent me are 10''. I dont know if i have a different rear end or what.I told the guy who i ordered from the year and its a 4x4. Can anybody help. thanks.
