I dont see anything about a "belt drive 22r"....

Actually, It looks like a serpantine belt that EDIT:spins the water pump, cam shaft pulleyS (PLURAL), and crank shaft pulley On a 3.0 V6....Notice the 2 heads..? Is the 22r I4..? If so that means it has one head.....

The 3 exhaust ports on one side are kind of a dead give away too

yeah, in all honesty I looked at that ad about 4-5 times..Once or twice before I realized what was up and posted, Then after I posted I counted exhaust ports...
