quick update I got the rear axle with the arb installed and front pumpkin with arb and 5:29 gears in both with all wireing, lines, switches, and compressor for one hell of a deal...

At what point do I need to worry about the birfs breaking with the locker in the front. Looks like the consensus is 35" tires peroid but I was hoping for a little more insight

The truck currently has 32" tires and 3 in lift.

It's not a bad move to upgrade to D60 joints instead of the birfs. But you might also just be abit "cautious" 'bout acceleratin' and turnin' at the same time you're usin' the locker.

With the ARB just turn off the front locker if you are going to find yourself in a tight turn when you might bind the birf. With the 32" you will be fine for now. I have got a FROR Twin stick install in my truck to take it out of 4WD to avoid binding with an Aussie up front.
Hopefully I will be upgrading to LongFields after the first of the year. If you get 35's consider the Longfields as on upgrade but with the ARB Selectable you have a great advantage.
It would not be a bad idea to practice changing out a birfield just in case you do experience a broken one...Bound to happen sometime.
