yep ..

the 20R duel chain is frequantly used in the 79-84 20-22r's ..
I have used them many times + they already have the metal backed guides

slacker is it just as simple as changing just the timing kit? Like that was previously mentioned?

yes .. its all bolt on (different bolts easy to find ) .. there is one little "cetch" though .. you do need to replace the oil pump drive gear with the propper double chain unit

Well i changed my timing chain with the right one Truck turned on with no problem. My camera was not working so i didn't have any pictures Not bad for my first time. I did order the set with the steel guides but only one side was steel. The Guide with the curve was plastic according to the person i got it from(ebay) said that thats how the set came.
