I have searched and found that a tilt from the same years is bolt in, but how about newer ones?
I have a 93 4Runner that is a parts vehicle. Has anyone ever tried swapping a newer column into a 82 pickup? I want three things, tilt, intermittent wipers, and the same ignition switch as my other Toyotas. I have rekeyed my other 4Runner so that all my Toyotas have the same key on the doors and ignition, but this 82 is a different key. The door locks will be easy, but I think swapping the whole column would be the easiest way to rekey the ignition.
