Question 82 l45 clutch issues.

my 82 stayed parked for a few mths,i went to run her and go for a drive.when i clutched to start her the pedal was stuck,i got her to break loose then it stayed on the floor.i worked her back and forth a few times by hand....seemed to work.once running,my clutch doesnt grab untill the pedal is all the way up.about 8 mths ago i put in a new clutch, never slipped her.it was fine when i parked it.
now i can slip it easily........almost like my clutch is burnt.
so im assuming its my slave cylinder or clutch booster.

any ideas which one would cause my issue?
theres no leaks on the clutch system either.
im leaning toward the booster....due to the stuck pedal.
