I just found someone on Ebay that is selling just the 72-78 Toyota Pickup Replacement Fuse Cover. They are 3d printed from ABS plastic and look correct as far as labeling and the tabs being where they need to be.

Just search the title of this post on Ebay and you should find them. Just letting people know you can get a replacement cover without having to buy a whole new fuse block. I am not the one selling these.
