Well good news I just filed my taxes $3300 federal and $1100 state tax returns coming my way.

I am sure the wife will get a good part of it but the other money is going into my engine and putting a winch on my truck.
Something appealing is the STS turbo system http://ststurbo.com/
However I wonder if I couldn't make one of my own for cheaper.
I also have been checking out http://www.rabidchimp.com/ they have some adaptable oil lines and coolant lines for turbo charging the 5mge.

Get a small turbo that is sized correctly to spool very fast and be efficient and you'll do fine. I boosted my 22re 1990 cab and a 1/2. Hill billy shackles, flat bed, welded rear, jacked up torsion bars, Mitsu 16G turbo with water to air intercooler, a few diff sets of wheels and tires combo. That thing was unstoppable until the head lifted.

Get a smaller T3, use a water to air intercooler, a fuel pressure riser, retard the ign timing, use some arp head studs and a thicker headgasket you'll be fine. If you want to get fancy and technical put a cheaper wideband sensor and controller on it to see what your stoich ratio looks like and see if you can modify it at all on the cheap with fuel pressure.
