22r head problems

Okay so I have a 82 22r apart that i'm doing a basic rebuild on and saving as much as i can with out sacrificing reliability. So I have some questions
#1 Can I just replace one valve? Because one valve on the exhaust is smashed on the tip where the rocker is?
#2 when I poured gas into the intake and exhaust ports I had slight amounts seep past the valves. Not much at all it would probably take 30min+ to completely empty the gas out of the port. Do I need all new valves?

Please help I need this motor done asap

Also I did the leak test with gas in the chambers to watch and see if gas leaked past the valves and the intake vales didn't leak at all but all the exhaust valves had a slight leak.
#1 is that a normal thing?
#2 If not should I just get the exhaust valves lapped?

Time for a valve job. If you just had one burnt exhaust valve and the seat was good (had a good edge) then it would be ok to lap in a new valve. Since all 4 exhaust valves leak, odds are the valves have a worn face and need refacing.

Yeah I figured that would be the problem. I took the head to a respected head shop and it'll cost me $140 for a full rebuild and it'll be set up for the cam I'm running.
