your shocks are on upside down, they should work a lot better if you flip them around.

33x12.50x15 ,will probably go to a 31/10.50,more user friendly.

What makes them upside down or I guess how is there a correct and wrong way for the shock to be? Obviously it's something technical, I'm just curious to what it is.

Only monotubes should be inverted. Otherwise, keep them right side up if you can.

Ok but which way is normal? With the stem and boot on bottom or top? I have ruff country shocks.

uh, you crammed coil springs between your frame and leaf pack? i'm hoping these are bolted down or something?? i'd hate to be standing or even driving near by when that spring slips out form under the frame. the amount of energy in even a mildly compressed coil spring is pretty intense and could injure or kill someone, let a lone do lots of property damage!

Ever heard of a ZUK mod? Pretty popular actually... It's puts a coil spring between the bumpstops for a bit more lift & flex. I thought people who did it were crazy at first, but I have yet to hear of one slipping out! Google it or search the forums!

i have seen it before, mostly on old trailers. i would never trust a spring to just stay in place given the amount of forces it sees. yikes.

Inverted is shock body on top.

It doesn't seem safe, but hundreds of people have done the 'Zuk" mod and I've never once heard of a spring dislodging. When done correctly, the spring is still under tension at full droop.
