By any chance anyone know of a 1979 Toyota Pickup radio bezel laying around somewhere? Ive been looking for awhile and all I can find is later year ones that are a tad bit different than the one I have. I mean they can prolly work but I'm trying to stay as accurate as I can. Thanks!

 

They are a very hard to find part and command high prices. The 1979-81 bezel are different than the 82-83 and don't interchange.
There is one one on eBay now: https://www.ebay.com/itm/266369175405 $250 obo.

The woodgrain bezels go for double the price.
