I am considering moving my tire and wheel setup.

Falken Wildpeak AT 265/70/17 on black steel 17x8 wheels. Lugnuts included. No centercaps. Per the math the tires are 31.60 tall and 10.43 wide. I don't know about backspacing on the rims, but have no interference issues whatsoever on a 2nd gen suspension with ball joint spacers.

I am happy with this setup and won't mind using it down to the last shred of rubber if there is no interest. It's just that I have a set of 15 inch Toyota alloy wheels in the garage that I would like to put into service and de-clutter my workspace. In fact, I will likely get these same tires again in the new size.

We would have to work it out as I would need the cash from the sale to offset some of the new tire cost, but those are details we could certainly work out.

I also have a Bridgestone spare in the same size on an FJ steel wheel that appears to have never touched the ground I could throw in as a spare for an extra $75

 

the wheels have a 0 off set which means the hub part of the wheel is right in the middle of the wheel if that helps you out mike

I have a IFS front diff (86-95 manual hubs if 2nd Gen) with Yukon 4.88 gears and a Lockright. About 2 years old and less than 500 miles of 4wd. Works perfectly. Selling because I just installed an ARB. $350

Custom fab'd rear tire carrier that fits into 2" tow hitch or bumper with receiver. Has lisence plate relocation kit and hi-lift mount. Folds down by removing a pin to open tailgate. Can also do light towing with it installed as it has its own receiver. Very well made. $300

Hey man I apologize a ton. I was off the forum for a long time when I was working on the timing chain. Truck sat for 10 months... I just saw your pm. Again man I apologize.

I'm thinking to ask around 600 for mine. In my profile picture you can see the only mar on the bumper, next to the pass. side turn signal.

 

Trying to get a few bare minimum items to get her rolling again. She's a 1980 4x4 Pickup son and I are working on. I'm rebuilding the shifter seat, but found the odd bolt that connects the shifter base to the L43 shaft is stripped and falling out! Camelback Toyota can't find one. They have ordered in 2 incorrect parts so far....I give up on them. I see a number 33521F on a diagram that appears correct, so I know someone knows these and has these somewhere! Second, need to move up to some LT315/75R16's I have from my bad 31x10.5 15's and need 4 rims. Plain, simple, even painted black, I don't care! From what I've read, my 3" lift should be enough to make them work out. If you know differently, please let me know! Please email if you have them and they work. Otherwise, I will stay with the 15's. I'm near 35th ave and Bethany Home.

After that, the real work, bushings, fuel lines, tanks connect, electic clean up and bed goes on. Then the big list: Seats, (early 4 runner I think)
Cage, tube doors, bikini kit, Ac compressor. I'm exhausted thinking about it.

I've searched the threads several times with no luck on an idea I had -- has anyone ever tried a FJ40 fold down windshield, in conjunction with a cage and tube doors on a 1st gen pickup? Am I nuts to think it might be cool? Thoughts? Thanks, I sure am glad I found this group!

Also looking for a driveshaft from a 90-95 MANUAL 4 runner. Did an auto to manual swap and need the 5spd driveshaft. Somebody got one cheap in the East Valley?

I have some stock Toyota alloys I want to move. 15x7 split 3 spoke type. IIRC they are all in not perfect but very nice shape. I'll dig them out tomorrow and get better shots of them and verify their condition. Total of 5 for $100 to you guys. If they are still around on Monday night when I have finished my work w/e I will throw them on CL for $150. Here is a pic of the top one.

 

I have a 2WD transmission from a 3.0 motor out of a 90 toyota pickup that I'm not using. It was in a Lucas oil prerunner back In the day, was going to use it in mine but went with a 22 re instead. I can text pics if interested. Looking to get $100, spread the word!
