1st gen 4runner parts

All things from 1989 1st gen 4runner, 3vze/5spdmanual. Also apologize for the location, im in Connecticut.

SOFT TOP:

I have a Kayline soft top in decent shape. I ran itfor about 2 months last summer and decided its not for me. Its not inperfect shape, but great for a trail rig. One of the pieces that screw inaround the cab was cut short for whatever reason, so its missing a spot for onesnap at the corner of the cab. No big deal if you just screw a snap intothe body. For some reason, there is a gap in the rear window zippers onboth sides when all snapped in (one of which is missing the slider, which canbe had aftermarket if you are so inclined). Dont know if the top shrunk abunch, but they don’t zip. But even in a downpour, nothing got terriblywet in my truck. Just a little wetness in the carpet below thegaps. The rest is as waterproof as a top like this would be. There aresome spots where RTV was used to seal up small pinholes in the top. Itsan old used soft top, so its not perfect. But it keeps the rain out forthe most part, and the sides and rear roll up, which is awesome. The kitis complete with everything needed to install. Please do your own readingwhen considering, as this requires holes to be drilled into the body. Iwant 250 for it. I have more than that into it. I had to buy twopartial kits to get this one together, and also custom fab some parts. Pickup or meet only in SE CT. If insistant on shipping, you will payactual shipment plus handling (gotta find a box to get this stuff in!)

BODY LIFT:

I bought my truck with the body lift on it, and recentlyremoved it. Included: Ten 2in "pucks", 4 radiator dropbrackets, 2 bumper "raising" brackets, and 1 bolt for lengthreference (3/8” x 5” bolt). i have the rest of the bolts (which are all thesame length) but i feel they should be replaced, since they should cost no morethan 7-8 dollars at lowe's/home depot(I spent 6 bucks for shorter bolts and newnuts). I can send them all to you, but for the couple bucks more inshipping they will cost to put in the box, might as well spend the money on newones. And you’ll be reusing nylock nuts at that point, which isn’t thebest thing to do.

I think it is a Performance Accessories kit #5082:

I asked PA to send me the installation instructions, whichthey did, but it is for the 2” and 3” body lift, so there may be stuff neededfor the 3” not needed for the 2”, and ill explain a bit. They includeinstructions for modification of the steering shaft, which I found is notneeded for the 2” lift. I just slid my steering shaft back up into thespline at the firewall joint during removal. It also talks aboutinstallation of a lengthened fuel tank vent hose. I didn’t notice duringremoval if I had one installed that didn’t look factory, but can take a closerlook (just a small length of rubber tubing that will cost a couplebucks). My truck didn’t use the factory front bumper, so the brackets arenew and I don’t have the corresponding. Otherwise the kit is complete, all the necessities are there. I will email the instructions and/or printthem out for the buyer.

Summit sells the kit for $100, im looking for 50. Illship this.

EGR/PAIR SYSTEM:

My truck was a California truck, so please keep that in mindif parts are different from a non-cali truck. I am not sure if there isany difference, but when I looked up the number for the egr temp sensor, I got“cali only”. I got a code for this sensor being bad (and it was),so instead of spending over 100 on a new one, i pulled the system off the truck(in CT i dont have to go through emissions anymore). When pulling thesystem, i found that someone had plugged the small vac line to the EGR valve, but i tested the valve per Chiltons when diagnosing the system and it worked asit should. So, not sure why the someone did that. Anywho, in my box of goodies i have the EGR valve (minus temp sensor, which iremoved and threw out, so the threads are good!), the Vacuum Modulator Valve, the PAIR valve, the corresponding vac solenoids on the fenderwell (the red onefor the FPR stayed on for removal, so not included/for sale), the intakesilencer, the vacuum chamber attached to theair box, and various brackets/hoses. Only thing not in the box of goodiesrelated to the system is the metal tubes that mount to the exhaust manifold andintake manifold. I cut them off and welded them shut to make block offplates. Make an offer on any or all of it.

I am also willing to trade things. If anything youhave is for a 1st gen 4runner, and interesting, let me know. Id be interested in an inclinometer with a grey cover, a shift boot in grey, wheels in 15x8, etc.

All stuff in 06335, SE CT. i will travel for the softtop, everything else can be shipped. Email at AHenry014ATgmailDOTcom

added to original post. Pass side cab corner is where the end of the cab aluminum was cut short, and a snap is missing. I ran it like that and it was fine.
