Welder Problems Millermatic 185

It seems that my brother may have broken my dad's welder. It is a 220 amp Millermatic 185 which quit working tonight. My brother said that it quit working and the cb1 fuse was blown which he flipped it back on and now it is acting real screwing. There are sparks you can see internally in the Deltrol Controller (20844-82) and a clicking sound from the Furnace definate purpose (189486). It will feed the wire while clicking sparatically and gas but the wire will not stop feeding untill you turn it off. I wonder if some kind of safty was kicked or a component worn out. I really don't know but needs fixed. We are going to the welding supply store tommarow for more gas and will ask those guys. Hopefully it is just a worn component or something easy and inexpensive to fix.
Thanks....
-Jon

Email Miller with the problem. They have been very helpful with some problems I have had with my dads millermatic 251 and syncrowave 250. I had a problem with the wire spooling out and it turned out the switch on the gun needed to be replaced.
