you may have to heat it up with an acetelene torch then grab it with those vise grips be sure to use and buy and use good quality tools when you work on cars, you get what you pay for,believe me, they pay for themselfs over time or you my need to drill it out to use a bolt extractor

I had a bolt a couple of days ago connecting my exhaust pipe to my exhaust manifold and it wouldn't come off for nothing... so after I had rounded every edge and tried everything I could think of, I ran over to sears and forked over the 20 dollars for the bolt off kit (found it mentioned in another YT thread). Dropped it into a 7/8" socket and the dang thing came right off. I was surprised how well the bolt off things actually worked...

maybe its time to get one of those `quik release` drain plugs. find one big enough where you can put a cheater pipe on it if someone over tightens it.
