OTC Tools - switched suppliers???

I have some OTC tools.

AFAIK - made in USA
Heavy Duty odd ball but quality stuff.

I needed a differnt tie rod puller so I orderd the set (#6297?) as the set was arount $120 and the single puller was $80 or so.

Now I *assume* since the set and the individual tool are both OTC, that hte peices are in fact the same - they have the same part number...

THe set came. IT had an OTC "case", and OTC label etc but the tools didnt look quite as "nice" as previous OTC tools and... made in Taiwan...

Oh well - I guess that MIGHT have something to do with the price change.

Did OTC move their factories over-seas?
