a bit of exaggeration there? i know the small size gearwrench, like 10mm, are a bit screwy sometime but it works for me.

those hd wrenches are a pain in the butt to work w/. i bought a set and had to return it, cause i cant live w/o havin that 5deg offset.

im wait for some bargain on those craftsman flex-head ratcheting wrench.

it has a "feature" that makes it freespool if you wedge it into a tight spot. kinda irritating...

I have been using them for about a month now and have had no problems whatsoever. I did get the flat ones that you have to flip over, the other seemed like there was too much that could crap out. The only thing I don't like it that the cannot get into some tight spaces because of the head being flat.

no exaggeration at all. if we used them(which we did, they were nice when they work), they would break. the most common symptom was that they would just bind up and stick.

I ran into the same problem. Luckily though, Sears just had a 50% off sale, so I have both kinds now.

Costco actually has some decent tools. You can find some good prices there too, if you keep your eyes open.
