Rad Cap
Its a cap to lessen the electolysis of the cooling system.

I have broken bolts off the thermostat and I had to helicoil so I wouldnt have to remove the whole EFI intake.Frozen bolts that are close to the water passages causes them to have electolysis.The Rad Cap has pieces of lead to take on the electrolysis till it is gone off the chain.
