I wanted to give a long term review of 4x4 labs swing out bumper for my 1st gen 4runner. I've had this on my 4runner for the last 5 years or so. I have nothing but good things to say about this thing. It has held up amazingly. In the winter time, I remove the swing arm from the bumper. The removal and reinstall of the arm has been super easy and usually takes less than an hour to do. I've been especially impressed with how much stuff I've been able to load on this bumper. I routinely will carry a full Yeti Tundra 65 cooler on it as well as a box filled with recovery gear. On longer trips, I've also loaded a bike rack onto the swing arm and carried two mountain bikes on it. I'm super impressed! For anyone looking for a good bumper, I highly recommend looking to 4x4 labs. Fully loaded for an off-road adventure Bikes mounted on swing arm Swing arm moves well out of the way for access to the back

Nice! That first photo reminds me so much of Utah scenery. #UtahRocks!
I like that it pivots on the driver side so you would not have to keep on walking around it when loading from roadside on passenger side.
You nailed it. That first photo was up north of Escalante overlooking the grand staircase. Yeah the pivot to the driver side works pretty well. It doesn't even swing that far past the side of the truck if your pulled off on the side of the road for something.

#UtahRocks! Stopped by Hump's in 2018 on our way to Escalante (Reflection Canyon & Jacob Hamblin Arch) Reflection Canyon. Tents are over-rated - LOL! Checked on Hump's progress in 2020. Suweet 1984 truck! #BillionStarHotel. Favorite Camp in Long Canyon...
