I never posted on this thread because i had previously considered jason my friend and wanted to stay out of it, even though he did and still does owe me MORE money than he EVER owed brian or anyone else on this board.
I would however like to share that jason is now a suspect in a criminal investigation initiated by me. If and when the results of the investigation by the Raleigh Police Department is finished i will share. It is unrelated to the money he owes me, and i doubt ill ever see it.

I hope he gets things turned around. Sounds like at one point he was a respected member and it's sad to see a "brother" take a downward spiral.

i respected him before the current events and everyone is innocent until proven guilty. i can only hope someone i considered my friend would never turn on me like this.

Hopefully he will learn something and recover his life on the right track. Something started the spiral and hope he gets it straightened out.Good luck man, gotta be a tuff situation.

After reading this thread, I've already made two attempts to contact Jeremy in inquiry to the issue regarding a criminal investigation on me, conducted on his behalf.
I have also made inquiries to RPD regarding this situation.
I have yet to hear from either party.
Rest assured, that I have always held Jeremy in high regard, to this point, and beyond. I only wish he had said something to me regarding this situation, prior to the criminal investigation. I still have NO IDEA what this is regarding, but rest assured... I will be vindicated of any accusations, whatever may be.
Jeremy knows where I live, and how to get in touch with me. We've spoken SEVERAL times over the course of the last month or so, so I'm anxious to hear from him in person.
As for Brian.. .well.. the fact of the matter remains that I'm just busy with work, and irresponsible when it comes to sending stuff out when I should. I've already sent him an email regarding the rest of the $$$ owed, and I await his response eagerly.
I am NOT one of those people that dodges people and hides from responsibilty. I fully acknowledge the fact that I STILL owe Brian $$$, and I fully intend on paying him. I apologize that it hasn't been as expedient as he would like, or I would like.
As for Jeremy... I understand why he's covering his bases, but I'm in the dark as to what it's about. I would/I do fully understand, but I would have preferred he said something to me about it before posting about it and/or bringing about a criminal investigation. I hope he calls me soon.

I agree.
The outlook of the events that have taken place is bleak.
However, I disagree with you when you say that I am hiding from responsibility or hoping that it will disappear.
If that were the case, I simply would stop posting, stop emailing Brian, stop trying to call Jeremy, and in general. Disappear.
Instead, I've made every effort to stay in touch w/ both Jeremy AND Brian.
Heck... two, maybe three weeks ago, Jeremy invited me over to his house for a cook out. Not ONE word was mentioned about a criminal investigation.
So while I can see where you going with this, the fact remains that I AM trying to right my wrongs, no matter how slow it may happen... it IS happening.
You have every right to judge me based on the facts you have at hand, but that's just it. You have NO idea what's been going on in my life or with my finances and my time table. While anyone would agree that my life shouldn't be a problem in good business ethics, esp. between friends, it's a sad fact that in this case, it IS a factor. I truly wish it wasn't.
