Thumbs down WolfpackTLC

Im posting this in an attempt to keep others from getting SCREWED by doing business with this forum member.

WOLFPACKTLC offered to make any forum members a reflective sticker that read "H2 Recovery Vehicle" and I took him up on the offer.I sent funds for 2 stickers and shipping costs and also wanted a custom sticker like my avatar.I ordered these back on September 7th, and have yet to see anything.

I'll be glad to forward my email correspondances with Jason to anyone who asks to show the numerous excuses and delays he has used.
I learned my lesson ...DONT DO BUSINESS WITH JASON OCCENA AKA WOLFPACKTLC!!!!!!

I might post a retraction should he come through and deliver as promised....then again I might not and might continue to post this on any and every forum I can find.

I have sent things that have not shown up for up to a week and half. It has always been to small towns, never to large cities like PHX.

Sept 7th...unless it's being walked over to you that piece of mail is gone, RTS or roundfiled somewhere.
Did he at least give you your money back?

I live near that guy here in NC. I don't really know him however. I have just talked to him on IM a few times. Wish there was more I could do.

Lynn and I have corresponded over email about this a few times.

He just pointed me toward this thread.

I have sent out two sets of stickers TWO different times...

The first set was sent out by myself personally, and the second set by the shop that made them.

I KNOW the first set was picked up from my home, but have seen nothing of them (and obviously neither has Lynn)

The second set I have ALSO heard nothing from.

The THIRD set I am sending TOMORROW (1-21-05) as well as a full refund of his $$$.

This is a public apology to Lynn... I did what I was supposed to do on my part. I'm not sure what went on, but these are coming CERTIFIED mail.

You have my apologies for the issues.

You're more than welcome to share with anyone the emails we've sent back and forth. I've offered NO excuses, only what's been going on.

I've given you my # MULTIPLE times to contact me via phone and resolve the issue further.

Saying you MIGHT post a retraction or that you MIGHT continue to post this everywhere sounds like a threat to me.

Not cool.

I've kept in touch as much as possible AND I've responded to you EVERYTIME.

We're talking $20 here man.... I'd never go through this w/ anyone, let alone over $20.

There are PLENTY of people on this board that can vouch for my good character...

Lynn... you have my #.. call me if you're concerned further. I'll be forwarding you a copy of the certified letter tomorrow, as well as any pertinent tracking info.

Jason,
I will attempt to be fair in my comments regarding this issue.

You have done an adequate job of communicating and have offered your phone # on several occasions, yet I fail to see how that would expedite the delivery process and conclude this untimely transaction.

I lead a very busy life as Im sure you do as well.
Sometimes things happen that can interrupt the flow of how things are accomplished in our daily lives and Ive done my best to give you the benefit of the doubt, however I feel that 4 months is more than generous time allotment and certainly adequate time to produce such a simple item.

My issue isnt the $20.00.
I could easily spend more than that on lunch on a daily basis and not give it a second thought. My issue with this whole ordeal is the fact that a product was ordered and paid for and never delivered.

I do understand that our wonderful postal service isnt the most reliable and can understand one copy getting lost or destroyed/stolen etc..Allthough possible,I find it difficult to believe this occured twice.

I am a person that coducts business on a daily basis based on my word and my reputation. When I tell someone something they have a reason to rely on it.
I admit,I can be an a$$hole sometimes, but I dont feel its unreasonable of me to expect the same from others that I conduct business with regardless of the dollar amount involved.

In all fairness I will gladly post a retraction upon delivery of the ordered product. If for some reason the costs involved for shipping etc. are in excess of what I sent, please inform me and I will reimburse you.

The postal system can be our buddy and our worst enemy. Sounds like things are going to be a fix for you two. Sorry to hear about this situation. Even after reading this thread I dont look at you two any different than I did before. You are both cool guys and I would buy from both of you.

I couldn't agree with you more.

First let me apologize if my last post came across harsh. I just re-read it this morning, and I think it might seem that way. That wasn't my intention. I was merely frustrated.

My word is my bond, and I've built up a great loyalty with several people and companies across the country and locally, b/c I do what I say.

That is why I was shocked to find this post, and to have not heard of it prior and/or to be told about it. I simply hadn't heard anything from you recently, so I figured you had received the stickers, and were just unsatisfied/unhappy with the length of time (who wouldn't be?) that it took, and you were going to leave it at that.

I've enclosed an extra H2 sticker for your troubles, as well as refunded your $20. I'm fully aware that the $20 isn't the issue, and that's why I made the comment about not going through this w/ anyone, let alone over $20.

The reason I said something about my phone # is b/c I wanted to be sure that I made every effort to make myself available. I hadn't heard anything from you via email or phone, so I made the (inaccurate) assumption that everything is ok.

I'm inquired to the local postmaster as to the status of my previous mailings, as well as to hopefully discover what has happened. I too find it hard to believe that this would happen, let alone twice.

I wish I had a more viable explanation, but until I do, that's all I can tell you.

Oh.. and that I'm sending out your stickers today.

Thanks so much for your reply, please contact me as soon as you receive the H2 stickers. I'll have to contact my sticker guy about making another avatar sticker for you.

Regards-

Jason

Hey J, where's that pallet-load of stuff that you promised Brian months ago? Did you send it via USPS also and it got lost too? Don't get me wrong, he's appreciative of the stuff you did help him with, but to tell people that stuff is done when it hasn't been touched is pretty wrong in my book...

Hey Andy-

I'm not sure if you're trying to start something or not, but Brian and I have already ironed that stuff out... The thing that held up the shipment to Brian was the t-case that he wanted that I had nothing to do with, other than to pick up. We were waiting on the guy w/ the t-case to come through... b/c shipping a pallet w/o a t-case on it is pretty damn pointless.

If you bothered to check with him, I'm coming down to Bama to help him w/ the dual batt's too...

So actually... NO... I didn't send it, b/c it was his suggestion that I come down so that I can also help him w/ the dual batts.

Don't go talking about stuff you don't have the full story on, on a public board. It seems to me like you were trying to make an already bad situation worse.
