Valentines Day at Praire City

so being that me and troy are both broke and unemployed, we agreed to not get anything for each other, or make a big deal out of valentines day.

So instead of sitting around all day doing nothing, I suggested that we go out and spend the day at praire city. It rained yesterday so we figured it would be fun to go out and play in the mud.

here's a few pics of our day at praire city. Nothing to crazy just wanted to get a little mud on the truck.

we where only there for about 5 minutes when we saw a stock chevy1500 stuck in some mud. So Troy, being the nice guy he is, offered to give the guy a tugg . After he pulled the guy out of the mud, he added a little insult to injury and drove through that same area of mud (in 2 wheel drive) with out any problem.

yea... i guess i am a lucky guy...

too bad that theres no one else around here that likes to wheel...

but all in all it was a good day... other than pulling out the chevy and giving a tiny tug to an 86 runner we just kinda cruised around the 240 acres of mud and water and hills and more mud... we also saw a HEEP cherokee that got stuck in the mud pit and when a HEEP wrangler tried to winch him out, the kid driving the cherokee accidentally backed over the snatch strap and wrapped it around the rear axle... not only that, but im pretty sure that he ruined the roof of his rig because him and his 4 buddies didnt wanna get muddy so they all climbed out the windows onto the roof... HAHAHA...

ok, ok, ok... one more... a guy in a late 90s taco showed up with his friend in a stock late model HEEP liberty... the taco decided to crawl up a steep hill so the liberty decided to show up the taco and drive up a tougher steeper hill; then he proceeded to get stuck... after about 10 tries, he kicks the passengers out and the liberty gets to the top... then the taco goes right up the same hill with no sweat... lol...
to add insult to injury, when leaving we saw the liberty stuck on a hill that i had made a couple hours earlier... IN 2WD!!!

haha... we had fun... beautiful weather... watchin the WRX bomb thru the mud... good times...
