That grill is my best mod yet, yo! No. I'm kidding.
You're right that my truck is an 88 and the grill isn't. When I got this truck it had a bunch of random mods just like this (I call them "Frankenstein" mods). Most of them (like the multiple-year dash) have been swapped out for stock parts but the grill will probably be one of the last to go. You should have seen the particle board and vinyl side panels
. I wish I had pics of those...

Nice! It actually looks really good - close fit!

Elk and Deer Park, CO
Picked up a canoe at PAFB. Too bad we couldn't find a lake that wasn't a City water source to put it in... ohwell

Our camp site. My two cousins had the other two 4Runners. And we let our buddy with the Xterra join the fun too.

Showed the wife how to camp without a tent. She approved.

This is what a "Fire Tree" looks like. You find a dead tree that's still standing and that's not so big that more than one person has to move it, and stake it in the middle of your camp fire.

Wife and I in our "Prom Pose"

Mendocino National Forest Feb 2012 This was at the top of Snow Summit, but no snow. Didn't see another car for 18 miles when I left. It was perfect. Dropped down to about 25 degrees that night....

Apparently there was something in the tree.
