Cory,
thankx for starting the thread, Ill add a few of mine later today.
It was great wheeling with you, are you ready for this weekend ? lol (I am)
Elton, Yankee hill is a fairly easy trail here in the Denver area, most wont run it due to it being real easy, but in the first and third pic, is a Rock Garden, if you can call it that, its harder than the real Yankee Hill Trail, thats why we ran it, it was fun. again Ill post up more later, Ive got to run.
thankx again Cory.

Cory is such a POSER, lol:

And Urey from Iribis off-road
He didnt know that we was going to be there, he had planned on parking at the trail head, and do some hiking, but decided to join us, Glad he did.

Nice pics, looks like fun!
Can anyone provide a link with directions to Yankee Hill or know the GPS coordinates to the trail head via google earth?
I've been google and yotatech searching but can't find anything usefull. Is there another name for it?
I'm planning on going up there tomorrow night...

Using http://www.topozone.com/ to search for Yankee Hill, it looks like you'd be looking for the one in Gilpin county.
Looks to me like you could take exit 238 off I-70 (35 miles west of Denver), which is CR 275 or Fall River Road... from there, generally procede to 39.829°N, 105.621°W. ... or you might get closer before taking CRs, by going up HWY 119...
Better make sure this is the "right" Yankee hill... LOL
