Recent snow wheeling, Pollock Pines CA

Hey all,
I thought I would finally get the picks of a run we did a couple weeks ago up Mormon Emmigrant Trail! Was a hell of alot of snow and still more on the way (at 5000-6000+ feet)

Friend had his new Toy up and he had his wife bring his Bronco both of which are ARB locked and loaded.
There was a jeep with us as well which I yanked a couple times and was yanked out in return ...(I am not locked .. ..yet)

Lotsa fun was had, alwasy meet alot of other people out there and alwasy yank a few people out on the way home. We are going up for a sorta night run tommorow. I hope.
Enjoy the pics
Tom

Ya it was actually kinda crunchy but alot of it! I think I enjoyed yanking out the jeeps and uneducated on the way down Because it makes me proud of my 4Runner even if she's not locked Hoipefully the money Gods will enable me to lock er up this spring probably a 'lunchbox in the rear and a true track up front or just an ARB in back .. Must...keep..working..need to feed..Yoter must wheel..

It depends how ya go. A lunchbox locker like a lockright or Powertrax is about $300 range or less . An ARB will cost you about $700 per axle if you have it installed a full ARB set up is about $2000 give or take, depends who you go with.

I may just go wiht a lunchbox in the back and a true-trac in front(Lmtd Slip)
West Coast DIf in Rancho COrdova quoted me 480 to put in the lockrite in back. If you don't mind a little ratcheting in turns, It's the cheap alternative.

Im not sure really I think It was a former military piece though now heavily modified. I at first thought it was the cockpit to a Huey Cobra attack chopper lol...
