I had a great time this year. It was nice to see everyone again and meet some new people. It kind of sucked that I missed the group picture and 1st run. But I went out with a few guys with some tacomas, dont remember their names, and met up with the rest of the group.
Last year I came up in a prerunner ranger and pretty much never made it out of camp. This year I came up in a 4wd and played around in the dunes. I must say that that 33/10 bfg muds arent the greatest sand tires.
I'd definatly be down for another trip later this year.

some friends of mine who couldn't make it this past weekend are planning on going up to pismo in november i think. the first year we sort of had a pismo 4rj1 part 2, maybe there could be another little meet like that again this year. it'd sure be colder, but i think i might make it for a day or two.

I had a really good time and enjoyed finally meeting alot of the California people for the first time.
Here is a poser picture; the kid wore his Hemet and boots when he was really riding. Check out the action.........
Pismo was not what I expected at all. What a Zoo. I can certainly see how people can get really hurt out there.

Looks like you guys had a good time...
I drove around out there a couple years ago when my wife was 7 mos pregnant--there were wayyyyyy to many people buzzing around fo me to feel safe.
If I want to go duneing I will be heading to the Superstitions Mtns here in SD county.

Did anyone see the Ambulance on Brisco St.? It was lifted with what I could only guess were 35's on steelies. It was white with green trim. First thing I saw after getting off the freeway and I just thought, "Whoa".

dang... I'm bummed I only got to show up Friday night.
I had too much stuff to get done this weekend.
It was cool meeting people I hadn't met before, and nice seeing people I knew.

For dunes we're gonna hit up the Gordons Well ones by Yuma. That ought to be the most low key ones around. Glamis is just as close but another zoo.

come on you picture-having non-posting ninnies....if you got pics and haven't posted them yet, DO IT. i don't think a single shot will work for the tshirt, so i'm compiling 4 pics for a composition. i've got 2/4 so far. if you have a good action shot of 1+ trucks, none cut off, that's what i'm looking for
