yeah, for next year we definitely should plan at least one firm meeting time for everyone to get a chance to meet each other, and for a group shot.
some friends of mine who couldn't make it this past weekend are planning on going up to pismo in november i think. the first year we sort of had a pismo 4rj1 part 2, maybe there could be another little meet like that again this year. it'd sure be colder, but i think i might make it for a day or two.

Sounds like an idea!
Someone mentioned that the sand is better to drive on when it doesn't see as much traffic as the summer?
...and as for the students, how about winter break - would it be busy then?
Or is it just too cold?

as for weather, it does get cold at night there... but it's not too bad. i mean, it's pretty much never NOT nice at pismo.

But you didn't take the MANLY route up, see where your rig is and where the soft sand tracks are.
