Well, we were going to go to Cuddeback, but since my little brother has some health problems and the heat does not do him good, we decided to go to the Narrows/Goler again. He just moved down from big bear so this was his welcome to ridgecrest party. enjoy.

Looks cool - Where is this? I'm in Santa Clarita - a ways away but like venturing out to the desert to 'explore'.

 

if you come up through lancaster/palmdale, take the 14 to garlock, turn eastbound onto garlock, about 3 miles in look for a black shiny star in the middle of your lane, the trail head is 100-150 feet from it on the north side of garlock.
