Marko and I's exploration

First stopped at a local shop, didn't get anything, left and head for Summit Rd. took about 20 minutes to get there, another 30 getting up the hill and messing around on the side of that road on some rocks, etc. Finally found an 8 mile dirt road which leads down into Santa Cruz. We stopped in a trailer park with some trails, looks like the trailer park (only 3 trailers or so there) was making room for more trails with the flat ground that had, we made sure to destroy that, went through some mud, but were to scared, or atleast I was, to go through this huge area of still water, muddy water. I don't have any pics of the mud area, but do have some of us flexing. Terrible 1.3 mega pixel camera phone is all you get, pictures next time for sure, we will definitely be going back.

I have the pick up, his is the 4runner

Both stock suspension wise.

My wheel was further off the ground for sure

And he scared the hell out of me when it looked as if he was going to flip his rig trying to drive it up a wall

I have been exposed!!! Hehe...

Well, for a small trip around the area, it sure was nice. There is not many places in the direct vicinity where you can take trucks off road, so finding this was like digging gold! And it was all legal as well, no trespassing at all.

I can't believe I forgot to bring my digi cam tho...ugh.

We plan on going back and exploring the area more, we kind of ran out of time as it became dark and Bryan had to head back home.

So yeah, as he said, it was pretty fun for a small outing, especially since it was his first time going out, good learning experience. Did you notice how much more flex the rear of a 3rd gen had compared to a truck? Yep yep...

I wish my cell pix were better, but they suck just as much. The sunset was amazing, we were above all the low-flying clouds. Looked like you were looking down on heaven, crazy.

Hey! I told Marko to bring one but he forgot. My camera phone was having an off day and it was getting dark, I dunno what was up with the picture quality, it should have been better.
