I will never forget Bruce coming up the last waterfall and saying,
"SteveO broke, again. Guess he won't have to worry about that tape holding the boot anymore."
Seriously, those are some great pics Steve. I have not seen the ones I took, but I don't think I took that many of my truck.

Yeah, I don't have to worry 'bout that tape holding the boot. That tape was doing a very, very good job of holding the boot in place. I had to cut it off with a very sharp knife. I have parked the 4Runner, and havn't touched it since I got home on the 10th.
I must say, coming out that canyon, rather winching out of that canyon was pretty cool. We all had to work together to get everybody out, and that was the coolest part.

I didn't get any pics of that, sorry Steve. That is a partial disappointment of mine. A lot of Pritchett was spent just trying to get my junk up the next thing so we could winch/strap/drive the next rig up.
It was indeed cool driving out of that stuff at the end. It was the hardest stuff I have ever driven in the dark.
Jim was going to lead us to your house to "fix" your truck, but we never got around to it. Glad you are back safely and can give the Green Machine a proper tune up.

Yeah, we tossed around the idea of getting the plasma cutter and grinder out while you were away. How would you have liked it to come home and see all the IFS stuff on the garage floor? That will probably be the biggest pain, cutting everything off and grinding it all smooth again. You know you have help when you're ready. I'm sure if the Cheese isn't workin' yet he will probably come down as well.
I've actually found a few guys running Tacos with the radius arm set up like you were talking about too. I'll have to pass on a few links to you (pun intended) :pat:

Heck yeah, my labor is cheap. I have tons off apps out and tons more to go, but I would be happy to lend a hand. I don't know much, but I take direction well.

When I do finally do this project, you can bet I'll put the call out for helping hands. This is a really big job, and the more grinders we have going, the better.
I tried to take a mixture of pictures, carnage, scenic shots, and "the moment" shots.

Hey Bruce, I would love to see some video footage that you have. I hear rumor that I lifted a tire going down Hells Gate (or whatever the entrace is called).
Are you going to send any footage to Schaefer???

Absolutely. Any footage you have to share since you and your son were taking great lengths to get good shots would be appreciated.
Also waiting to see how the rear links come out.

I just got my new 19" LCD monitor and a DVD burner installed.... I'm in the middle of getting the software needed to edit everything. Since my camera is 16:9 digital format, I needed to get updated software to handle the conversion. Once I get it all done I'll post about sending everyone a copy of the raw footage, I have 2 1/2 tapes full of footage that I'll try to compress down to fit on a single DVD. As well as all the photo's that were taken...
