Too bad about the scenery.

I'm going to make the trek out there from California one of these days to go wheeling. Too many beautiful trails.

How is the hike? I think I'm gonna gather a couple of friends and go camping and fishing up there.

I only used the fisheye for the shots of Ric on the rock. All of the others are normal. I guess Ric is just special like that

Sorry to go offtopic but I loved the fisheye lens photos and now I'm shopping for one for my Olympus C-765. Do you know the specs of the lens? (0.6X, etc.)

The exact lense I have is a, Kenko Digital Fisheye 0.43x. Its not a real fisheye with the 178 degree veiw point but it fits my needs. Heres what I have, http://cgi.ebay.com/Kenko-FishEye-Le...QQcmdZViewItem only $30 on ebay.

If you have money to spend definitly get the best lense possible, its amazing the difference between lenses.

Matt,
Like I said before the video is gonna take me longer than I thought, Premier keeps bugging out on my and closes suddenly.

You are forcing me into buying adapters and new lenses for my camera! You're right about the difference in quality; check this out:

My camera with stock lens:

High quality lens I decided to buy: (Raynox DCR6600Pro)

Lower quality Raynox lens; note the barrel distortion:

It doesn't have the reduction of your lens (only 0.66X), but it produces a nice wide angle with no distortion.

Sorry for the Off topic; I'm done now!

I love those! Finally someone put some creativity into a ride report!!!

Everyone has seen pictures of some truck on some rock. This report has artistic merit. Something sorely lacking from the average went driving on some rocks ride report.

8.7 on a 10 point scale.
