Drivin on the dry Folsom Lake 12-9-08

since folsom lake,CA is all dried up to a pond you can drive around on the lake bed its prettie cool... till you get suck...

then you call a buddy and he gets stuck.

then more people come and everybody gets out..

it was a bunch of fun. if your in the area check out the lake anyway.. just drive in at the boat launch. and cruise around... just watch out for the muddy spots.

damn, that IS some nasty mud. i was out there at the end of last spring on the backside of folsom lake and there was enough water to boat out there. crazy how much it's dropped in such a short amt of time. we do need water. i need to get me a locker and get out there. i didn't even know you could drive on the lakeshore. do you know if you can drive along the rivers in sac?

lol no you cant... i mean you can but its illegal. you can drive on the lake just because its low and they dont care. it will fill up...hopefully. you dont really neeed a locker cause theres only a few muddy spots but most of it is dry fun to just cruise around
